in Credit cards
Later in the year we are going on a cruise where the onboard payment is in US$.Would someone tell me which credit card gives the best exchange rate (US$ to £ ) and charges no transaction fee.
I realise this could be the holy grail but I thought I'd ask.

BTW
At the end of the cruise they add on to your bill the "gratuities"-10% extra.
This is NOT compulsary and you can go to the Office and get them removed.
I prefer to tip people who have actually performed a good job. Not a blanket 10% for all.0
