Hi, I have had an IVA since 2009, part of this IVA was two accounts with Barclaycard, I was aware in 2015 that one of the debts was sold by Barclaycard to PRA Group Ltd, I have just recently viewed my Equifax Report and noticed that both of the Barclaycard debts have been registered as a default in April 2015, 6 years after the IVA commenced. The IVA is nearly at an end and I was hoping to rebuild my score but with these two recent defaults I haven't much hope for another 5 years. I have asked Equifax to query it but does anybody know the legalities of what has happened. Thanks.
