Totally Confused by Apps

Hi
I want to download an App to my PC. The App is called YourPad
and it lets you upload a picture of your house and then lets you alter the image with different windows.
I downloaded it on Google Play and now I'm getting a message saying
"You haven't accessed Google Play Store app (the white shopping bag icon) on your device with this email account"
I am so confused - what does this mean? I can't find a white shopping bag icon on my computer.
Can the App play on my computer?

I think Google PlayStore is for mobiles and tablets, both with Android OS, not for PCs.0

Google Play and everything on it are for Android devices only (phones and tablets, maybe the odd streaming device) NOT to install on your computer. They will not work (without a some more specialised configuration of a virtual machine, but that's not something you are ready for, I suspect, from your question) on a PC. They are not designed to work on a PC.
You can't play a DVD on a CD player, this is similar, they look the same on the surface but are not at all compatible.0 -
