want to make online card/collage

Not sure if this is best place to post - hope some can help please.

I would like to make a card from my photo on my computer, and add text, and then be able to post to a friend on facebook (or possibly also email)

I am wary of some sites that seem to be free, then want money.

Also interested in being able to create a collage of my pics for use online.

Any ideas gratefully received as I'm not too hot on tech stuff.

Paint included free with windows will do that. Not dedicated and quite basic but so is what you plan to do.

Want a bit more for free paint.net has quite a few features.

Thanks for suggestion - would I have that on windows 10 automatically?

MS Paint, yes. It's under All Apps|Windows Accessories.
