    Hi

I've seen that Plusnet are cheap as I can't afford anything too expensive, but are they any good?

Any advice is greatly appreciated :)
I've been with Plusnet for about 5 years. They're very good and have a very helpful online forum.
Now TV advise a minimum 2.5mbps download speed so use the link given in the previous post to check.

I mainly use it for social media, emailing, Youtube and catch up tv.

I won't be needing tv or landline it will literally just be the internet I need.

You will need and pay for a landline .

The broadband requires a landline or a satellite service or for some a mobile dongle .

    As do BT.

I've been with Plusnet for several years now and have no complaints. Can't comment on their customer service as I've never needed it.

As you'll be using it for TV, and possibly a Now TV Box, you will require an Unlimited package.
  • Some companies are offering "free Broadband. Just pay the line rental".

Of course, we all know the BB cost is included in the price, but it could be a good deal, if you use a lot of data.
  • Thanks everyone for your help. What I meant by not needing a landline is I won't need a house phone. :)
