To get any realistic idea post specifics? Finishes, construction, materials etc Others wise you'll either be ignored or only ill informed would give you prices To be honest 15 doors 22 windows in 9x 6 extension doesn’t make sense ?0

Maybe the windows and doors are for the existing house and extension
Also assume the extension is metric.0 -

IMO this needs a Bill of Quantities prepared by a QS with a detailed specification. At least contractors could price on a level playing field and enable meaningful comparisons.
Without this I can hear Captain Cockup revving his engine.
The spec could include equal or approved to allow the client to get value for £ and the serious contractor to get an edge....Yes,I'm a QS and no I don't want the work.0 -
Does it include interior finishing eg new kitchen installed etc?
To me it sounds ball park good value. I did 2 storey 8m x 4m with a kitchen plus a small single storey next to it and paid in region of 100k in Surrey in 2008. Plastering whole house is expensive, that alone on my extension was about 6k I believe. Plus many windows and doors, I think your £135k sounds lean.0
