Ta7 snr temperature controller

Morning team!

I have a TA7 SNR temperature controller and pt100 probe and cant for the life of me understand how to set it up.

electrically, the wires are in the right places, but despite my fiddling, the settings are beyond me...

I want, basically, my heating element to turn on at X degrees C and turn off at Y degrees C

Does anybody have the patience to talk me through this?

Although the bloke clearly doesn't know what he's talking about "This settings for..... errrrrrrrr I dunno", all the settings he has programmed in work except the hysterisis value which I had to tinker with to get what I wanted...
