For the same money, you could have the Medion Akoya E1317T.

While the screen is almost an inch smaller (bear in mind that's an inch on the diagonal. The difference is 1.25" on the width and less than 0.75" on the height), it boasts a 500GB HDD (compared to the 32GB on the HP Stream), and the capacity to upgrade to 4GB of RAM (something I'd definitely recommend doing), three USB ports (one of which is USB 3), an Ethernet port, a VGA port, and separate mic and headphone sockets.
It also comes with a full version of MS Office 2013.0 -
I have to stick with Argos so I can use their £150 gift card. I need a new laptop.0

Then you are stuck with some pretty basic computers.
At the very least, I think you will very quickly be splashing out on a portable HDD.
The worst part of those laptops, is not that you have only 32GB of HDD space (you can always use Micro SD Cards/portable HDDs), but that you can't upgrade the RAM.
I've run a laptop on 2GB of RAM, and it was not a rewarding experience.
Is there nothing else you were intending to buy, such as white goods/TV/furniture, that you could use the voucher for, then use the cash you planned to use on the other stuff, to pay for a laptop, from somewhere else?0
