Can you suggest any good websites or mobile apps which can be used to store and share paper documents?

You can normally scan from a HP , Epson or cannon printer using their apps and then upload to your google drive or equivalent cloud storage

Smartphone photo and email or other sharing option is the easiest portable and cross platform thing I can think of.
