Help with my clearscore data

According to it this is
You have had at least one account in Default or Repossession (VIRGIN MOBILE TELECOMS LTD, VODAFONE LTD GEMINI and 3 more)
At least one of your accounts has been seriously in arrears (VIRGIN MOBILE TELECOMS LTD, SANTANDER CURRENT ACCOUNT)
Now I have never had a virgin or vodafone phone but had my identity stolen a few years ago so worry it may be this.
And the Santander current account I have never been in arrears bar when someone stole my card details and I got fees.
So one do I need to use Equifax to find the defaults, and two for at least the Santander one what do I say to them to remove the bad data as the transactions were refunded and sorted.

Ok found a link to closed account but some I dont recognise but not only that the ones I do have wrong amounts.
Is there a way to get further details?
Did a bit of further digging there is a few mobile phone ones I don't recognise but also a few disputed debt though at least one should be barred, its the famous Lowell ones, for a 3 contract I cancelled in 2009 and made last payment around May according to the website I made payments ongoing from 2008 to 2012(which I hear is a common Lowell lie)
Another is for 2 bank accounts where I was the victim of stolen cards, 1st the last physical payment was made in April 2010 though I last used the bank card in May I think, what happened was someone cleared my account and made me overdrawn and bank refused to help as one of the places used I previously had bought something with so said it was my fault for giving out card details, either way would that one drop off credit file in a few months anyway?
Second was a stolen card through the post, and despite having about 50p in my account and a basic electron card they let a £70 transaction go through meaning I was like £69.50 in credit and again complaint got nowhere, regardless how did they let such a big transaction go through at the time I don't know but that one is strange as it shows 2 missed payments then a final "payment" in 2012 and balance is £0 does that mean nothing to owe?
Another entry for 3 which was showing £0 balance but 2 missed payments this was due to a messed up upgrade where instead of upgrading me from sim only to sim and phone they started a new contract and charged me both and I complained.
There is also another Lowell debt but no idea what its for and a Vodaphone and Virgin mobile contract.
Also some of the address entries are strange, one of my closed accounts with £0 balance (was closed 6 years ago according to the site) shows an address I didnt move to till 2013 so 3 years later
Final thing is I have only 1 credit card and even my credit used is the same as my credit limit on the score site but the website says I have 2 (1 closed about 4 years ago)
Well one more it says credit utilization high, I use my credit card to buy things then pay off in full at end of month, I thought this was meant to be better than not using it at all?
Or is it better to use part of the limit and pay that in full?0 -
I've noticed in my Clearscore account that some of the info is a bit inaccurate. To begin with I thought one account history was completely spurious, but then I realised the dates of closed accounts can be shifted by a few years.
As for the disputes, you'd have to resolve these with the companies in question. In view of what I said in the first paragraph it might help you clarify details to get the Equifax report for their £2 fee, and maybe the others as well.0 -
Mines not accurate either....it's says I have no defaults but I have one defaulted account! Shows on the proper Equifax account!0
