Energy plus Argos account - Southern Electric.
I've got one of these...I figured that as my total gas/electric spend per month was 50 pound I would collect the points. However now I want to get the balance of my card it doesn't seem to exist. The website won't come up and the phone line doesn't work. How do I get my card balance? Would I be better off ditching this tariff and getting something else?

Yes....move to Ebico who are also administered by Southern Electric. No rewards tho, no c ashbacks just simpler bills when you pay on receipt of invoices.0
