Help to buy ISA - how long does it take to claim the bonus?

I've closed my H2B ISA and passed the closing statement to my solicitor. The have submitted the information to claim the bonus from the Government, which happened around two weeks ago.
My solicitor is on annual leave today so when I called, they couldn't confirm the status of the application. I cannot find a contact number for the Help to Buy scheme online to see if there is anyway I can find out by contacting them directly.
I am due to transfer the money for the mortgage deposit on Wednesday next week, however as tomorrow and Monday are bank holidays, I'm running out of time to have this information cleared up.
Has anyone else gone through this process? How long did it take? Or does anyone have a contact number for the office that deals with this?
On another note, nobody seems to know how to process these deals yet. The in branch staff were nice and trying to be helpful, but admitted they didn't know what the process is. Same with my solicitor.
