My daughter has received anotification letter from Gree Flag breakdown saying that her annual premium is due. It appears they take it out of her debit card automatically (she must have agreed to this but can't remember doing so) She is a student and will not be using the car for the next 3 months so is going to let them know to cancel.
I have just noticed on the bottom of the letter a bit stating that there current admin fees to cancel the 'policy' is £9.86 ...can they do that? is it a contract?
cheers

Exactly. She simply needs to tell them that she doesn't want to renew. She needs to do that ASAP and certainly before the renewal date.0 -
it's a term in a contract so yes they can, as advised force the non renewal.0
