As the title says, has anyone ever used https://www.kitchenmarket.co.uk ?
They seem to have great reviews and their pricing is very good (perhaps too good!) and I wonder if their branded products are the real deal.
We will shortly be carrying out some major refurbishments, including new kitchen, and I'm trying to reduce costs by sourcing my own appliances. I spoke to Blanco (they make sinks and taps) and they say Kitchen Market are not an authorised dealer of their products. We were corresponding over email and annoyingly the woman wouldn't elaborate after I questioned her further.
However according to Blanco's website our kitchen fitter is not an authorised dealer either, but I know his products are genuine as we've been using his company for years. The only reason he's not providing the appliances this time round is that they are cheaper online (he admitted this himself and recommended we buy them separately!)
I've fired an email to Kitchen Market about it and am waiting to hear back. Its the fact that the pricing is so good that worries me.

I think they are cheaper because they import their products from the Netherlands (hence why they are not an authorised dealer), I've seen a couple of Franke sinks on their website which are not available in the UK market.0

Hi - used them to buy a kwc tap for my new kitchen. The item was genuine, arrived in about a week, but I was very nervous - paid by cc and contacted them a couple of times before oRdering. Needn't have been - service was absolutely fine. As above, the goods were shipped from Holland and delivered by dpd I think.0

Thanks both. I might give them a go in that case. Prices are definitely better than anywhere else I have seen !0

They are coming from Europe so dont expect warranty support. Chances are you are never likely to need it on a sink but taps are a different matter. We’ve had to remove your signature. There is no such thing as a factory warranty. The warranty is administered by the Blanco operation in the original country and supply, in this case probably Netherlands.
If you had a defect, you would need to liaise with Blanco Netherlands. Blanco UK will not touch it since they didnt supply it.We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
