Company car tax

It has now been 3 years since I had a company car, it really is a scam for the government now they claim its green but if you look at how it works it actually has the opposite effect.
The actual employee pays more tax than the employer on the car which unlike the employer he cannot claim it back.
The car itself gains many forms of tax if used privately as well as business encouraging users to forego it and buy another car for personal use increasing the heavy ecological impact of car production.
The fuel rate (if not able to prove no personal use) is so environmentally dangerous because the only way the user can justify it is doing so many miles or leaving the engine running 24hrs a day to use as a generator0 -

That's for use of your own car, not a company car.
Advisory fuel rates are between 8p and 11p per mile for company diesel cars depending on engine size.0
