I had this some years ago. I was told that it was exacerbated by wearing flat shoes and slippers. I have since then worn mule slippers with firm heels and this sorted it out completely0

Bought insoles from easylife some years ago for the same problem, worked ok for me.0

Hi there,
I've had this itnermittebntly for years - been so bad I've had to use crutches and keep foot up for 3 weeks.
Ive found a number of relatively cheap plantar insoles on Amazon that have worked a treat.
I can even play regular tennis now, as long as I wear good quality cushioned tennis shoes.0
