UK Student Loan repayments - 3rd party support

Options
Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help.

I have recently received the overseas income declaration from SLC.

I am living and studying full time overseas, I am supported financially by my partner (we have a joint bank account). I have two questions:

Firstly, what are we supposed to put on the third party support declaration? As he doesn't give me a weekly allowance, we share his salary from our joint account.

Secondly, can he be held responsible for the repayment of my student loan? i.e. If they decide half of his salary is over the repayment threshold for the country we reside in, will I be eligible for repayments, despite not earning anything myself?

Thanks in advance!
