It needs a couple of watches, but you can see the car being hit, and the 2 vehicles stopping after the exit. Nice work. Could you try and contact your insurer and ask them to forward it on to the non-fault vehicle's insurance provider?

Contacted my insurer via live chat, it was like talking to a brick wall with the claims handler repeating 'but we wouldn't be able to open a claim if he's not our customer'. It was too painful trying to make him see the sense of insurers working together to send this kind of info to each other. It would save them and the poor driver time, stress and money while improving outcome accuracy, reduce complaints and improve customer satisfaction.

    What a !!!!!!.

I'll forward it to the police later on.

Looks like a damage only they won't be interested so why give them evidence of you committing an offence?

Silver Surfer how does it feel to be unwelcome on every thread you post? Must be soul destroying. :rotfl:

I have absolutely zero responsibility to defend my actions to you, and so I won't! Oh look, you didn't ruin my day, what a shame :money:

Let's hope they don't make an example of you and we see you defending yourself in court.

I love so see the rest of the footage of you trying to joint a 70 mph road with 10 feet to build up your speed to match that of surrounding traffic.

It was a foolish place to stop.

I would pop that video up for you but it doesn't make for very interesting viewing and would require time/effort to prove a point which doesn't need proving, considering I joined the slip road instead of the motorway when no vehicles were visible in the inside lane

oh wait, I;m using time/effort right now! Oops :rotfl:

Slip roads still under motorway regs so you joined the motorway.

Still feel free to live in ignorance. :D
