    We flew to Calgary & just drove up to Jasper & back over a fortnight. There's plenty there to keep you interested if you like the great outdoors.

    Canmore is another good option at the southern end, some winter olympic venues there.
    Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.

    We flew to Calgary, drove to Banff and then Jasper.

    Got VIA train to Prince Rupert then ferry down Inside Passage to Port Hardy .

    Car from Port Hardy to Victoria for a few days then ferry to Vancouver.

    Rocky Mountain Train from Vancouver to Calgary.

    16 days of glorious sunshine with lots to visit.
