Santander and 2 direct debits

I opened a Santander account as they pay 3% interest. But I need 2 direct debits. But I don't really have anything on direct debit, except my mobile phone which I pay through my business account.
Can I do a direct debit moving payment from Santander to my first direct account, or is that not possible?
