ZZPS demanding money.

Hello.
Back in december last year I park my car not knowing that you had to pay after 6pm I was away from my car for about 30 minutes,on returning I had a parking fine on my windscreen. I paid the £40 fine about a week later. Im still getting threatending letters through my post, today this one from ZZPS
(ive tried to upload the letter but the site wont let me as im newish)
I try to call them but they never answer, not sure if the phone number is genuine though.I have proof of payment on bank statement. Im still worried though that the collectors may call round and threaten me, not sure what to do,ignore it?
Do this company have any legal rights anyway? I paid the initial £40 as I was scared that there would be more trouble if I didnt.

You should never have paid the £40 but as you did and have kept proof of that you can safely ignore ZZPS. They won't send anyone round and even if they did just tell them to foxtrot oscar and close the door.0

Would ZZPS have taken action against me if I hadnt paid the £40?0

NO
they are a debtcrawler and can do no more than I
In fact I believe you should now pay me £ 100 (reduced to £60 if you pay pretty damm quick
:rotfl:
I could of course written to you as well
and I could have used lots more words in large scary red font lettering
Please take your time to read the newbies thread in the link I gave to under stand just a little of the murky world of private parking that you have had the misfortune to stumble into

Who did you pay the £40 to?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

ZZPS are simply a no brains trashy bunch who don't seem to understand that folk ignore them. They produce low quality toilet paper in different pretty colours and instead of selling it in supermarkets, they prefer to use the postal system to distribute it.
At least it's free :rotfl:
HOWEVER as you have paid, any further letters from ZZPS should be given to your local Trading Standards0 -

Well that'll keep Simon Renshaw-Smith's horses in Harrods oats for a day. What a fine public service you have performed.0 -
I'm fighting VCS with massive amounts of help from the people on here. I had a letter from ZZPS also threatening this that and the other.
They (ZZPS) CANNOT and WILL NOT take you to small claims court, get a CCJ against you or send the bailiffs round. They couldn't even give you a Chinese burn or a dead leg, they haven't got the power, only VCS can do that if they think they can win.
Where was your 'offence' committed?
(And by the way, its not a fine they can't issue those either).0 -
