OH with EE could I switch?

Checked our EE broadband and our offer has now run out. The broadband is registered under the OH, this could be a stupid question and I am just having a very blonde moment but could I sign up to EE broadband under my own name to take advantage of their latest deal?

If you phone them up they seem to match or better the deals. I'm now on £18.45 per month for tv (basic) unlimited internet and landline for first 12 months then it goes up to £30.45 for the last 6 months. Also got a now tv 3 month pass thrown in. I'm pretty happy with it and can get sport when I want to watch it too:T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one
