Where did this data originate?
The US uses the term "gasoline" instead of petrol, but diesel is very rare over there.
Might the data have originated from France, and it be referring to right- (Droite) or left (Gauche)-hand drive?

Don't they refer to petrol as Gasoline in some parts of Mainland Europe?0
