I haven't posted here in an awfully long time, but just wanted to say how much I love this site, Martin, and my weekly email!
Today, following ten minutes of typing I have successfully transferred my credit card balance to a zero interest card, and refinanced (personal loan), to the tune of £50 less per month, and a 2% lower APR.
Happy Days!
Almost makes me forget the fact that I'd quite like to kill Very with fire.
I never even shopped with them on purpose, I had a Woolworths account, and they were always lovely, then Very took over and all of the Customer Service agents suddenly became very difficult to understand and terribly unhelpful when I could comprehend what they were saying.
