Evans Halshaw 30 day exchange

Hi all
I bought a car (runabout) from Evans Halshaw 2 weeks ago and have had a few problems which in truth they seem to be sorting, however I am now not to happy about the motor so today phoned the West Bromwich branch and asked about the 30 day exchange they offer on their website under runabouts the sales man had not heard about it and said I will phone back, when he phoned back (5 mins later) it was to ask where I had found it and again he would phone back and let me know. I am now waiting for his call but has it is now a few hours later I have a feeling they know nothing about it and are wondering what to do.
As any one else used this 30 day exchange?
