UK student loan to study abroad (non-degree)

I've recently graduated from university and working full-time. My career would really benefit if I were to study a language. I'd like to take a year out to study Spanish abroad in Spain. Are there loans available for studying a language in a foreign country?

The traditional thing to do is to get a job and learn the language through immersion, although given the unemployment rate in Spain that may be more difficult than it used to be. I'd be quite surprised if anybody funds taking a year's holiday in the sun.

Is anyone aware of any students loans for doing a degree in the Netherlands. With regards to other courses would you be able to apply for an Erasmus grant?
