I entered using my comping email first and I got the same as everyone above. Then used another email and it went through. So perhaps they haven't cleared entries from a previous comp?

I've just sent the following in a contact form as it's still not allowing entries.

Hi. I've just tried to enter your competition for the Belgravia London Collection Mattress and Bedstead but it is telling me only 1 entry per person, but I have not entered this competition before. Could you please advise if I am in the draw for this competition or if not why I am excluded from entering. Many Thanks in Advance

Thank you for advice about reply regarding having entered before. When this has happened in other competitions, I have refreshed the page before entering and the entry has gone through ok. It worked in this instance too.

I've had a reply today:

They do not know what the problem is at present but they are looking in to it. They have added my entry manually, so if you received a 'only one entry allowed' message send them a contact form xx

Let me enter with no issues in Chrome today

Unable to enter using Chrome. Tried with and without autofill. Still said I had already entered. Tried contact form but that would not send either until I made up an order number.
