Collectors Club Woe

Hello, first post as a member but in the past I have often looked here for information! So I wonder if you may be able to help me.
I will keep the story short, I have for many years been a member of a Die cast manufacturers collectors club with no problems, I have since 2001 taken the highest level of membership, which entitles me to monthly magazines, a Christmas Model and a Platinum year model . The Christmas Model is sent to you, but you have to claim the Platinum model for which postage is payable unless it forms part of a larger order. Recently I tried to claim the models for 2013 and 2014 together with that for 2015. I was told by the office responsible for orders and club membership, that they had disposed of the 2013/14 to model stores for sale to the general public.
There is nothing in the clubs T&C’s to state that you have to claim these models in a set time, nor did they state that these models where going to be sold if one didn’t claim them in their magazine, and each month as the magazine is dispatched I receive an email telling me it is in the post, an opportunity to inform what they are up to.
Needless to say I feel greatly cheated, having paid for some I have not received. I have written to their Head Office in South Wales (Because the emails I had sent where not replied to), only to receive back a letter, which basically stated “Tough, go away, you expected too much!”
I now want to take this matter further, so would I be right if I wrote back stating that I will purchase these models online and will invoice the company for the costs involved.
How do I stand. Thanks for reading and I hope for some advice.
