Approximately £26k including VAT labour and materials.

It isnt possible to answer based on the info provided. A cheap bathroom suite costs £500. A more expensive set costs ,£2k, £3k plus.

I would suggest you seperate out cost of bathroom/kitchen items. Get job priced up again then get 3 quotes.

My guess is if you have not specified they will fill the flat with cheapest stuff possible (why wouldnt they). Plus i reckon you will pay a premium for using 1 firm. And if you source trades individually you can probably get most of them below VAT threshold and save yourself the £4k vat.

You need more quotes. There isn't enough info for anyone to assist. How many units? Spec if bathroom suite, amount of tiling etc etc.
