Sounds like the bathroom humidity is causing damage to the rest of the house with poor ventilation / extraction and that your radiators aren't big enough to do a job of keeping the rest of the house dry...
The LL is the one who would have to redecorate year on year; I'm surprised they aren't interested in resolving this. A note, most LL's are "nice" until you have a problem - because you're giving them money for nothing! The measure of a real LL is how they deal with snags/issues; and thus far I'd say they sound quite far from nice? This shouldn't be your problem, it should be theirs!
I bet they also, when you leave, try and refuse your deposit because of the mould on the walls / blame you for it ... They seem the type.
Maybe I'm misjudging but that's what it sounds like.
Get them to pay for a PIV and see how things go. If they won't, hand them your notice..Hello There. :beer:0 -

Your contract is with your landlord NOT the letting agent.
By all means write to the letting agent but you must also write to the landlord. (Hope you have read the Shleter link for a sample of letter to send)
STOP buying things to sort this problem out. This is your landlord's problem until it has been verified by Environmental health that it is your way of living that is causing the problem.0 -

Get some HG Mould spray from amazon
Spray it on the mould, nothing happens for 10 min then its gone. Don't wipe it off
Keeps it away for 3-6 months easily. It is magic stuff. Repeat assoonas you see it starting to come through again. Eventually you get to once a year.
I think the mould spores are in the walls and air so you need to kill them with this stuff. I have tried everything in the past, allsorts of paints etc.,this is the only thing that's worked0 -

Get a good duvet and open the windows at night. It may be your breath causing the condensation, especially if, as you say, the rooms are small.0
