Unfortunately OH failed telephone security with FD yesterday - not had to use it ever because accounts have been mananged online using secure key.

Does anyone know their process for resetting security questions and answers? Would it be to visit HSBC branch with proof of ID?

I failed the initial FD telephone security the other day - that is to say I forgot the telephone password - like you because I normally manage the account online. I was passed through to another team, who rang me back and took me through more questions. These included things like memorable date and place. I did fail one of those but remembered the others. I'm not sure what the process is if you forget all of them though. They should be able to tell you the process if you call them back.

I think that would be a better option than secure messaging FD online.... after it took me about 10 secure messages to find out how to pay my FD credit card bill.
