Swagbucks - Small Claims Court

Hi there,
I'm considering referring my case to the SCC and wanted your opinions as to whether I have any chance of success.
In case you don't know, Swagbucks is essentially a cashback site (in terms of the shopping part of it at least) and you can earn 'Swagbucks' and then redeem them for vouchers or cash.
**For the remainder of this message I have used "SB" as an abbreviation for Swagbucks.**
I saw an offer on their website for ASDA one day which said "Get £5 off your first online grocery shop over £50 at ASDA Groceries with the code M9EAST51 and earn 250 SB per pound".
So I did our weekly shop, spending more than we would have done at Aldi, to the value of £58, which was then deducted to £53 after using the £5 off coupon. So, by my calculations, I would be entitled to 250 SB x £53 = 13,250 SB. Now, £1 = approximately 180 SB. So 13,250 / 180 = £73.
At this point I'm thinking it's too good to be true. I'd essentially be getting my weekly shop for free and earning £20 profit as a result!
I took a screenshot of the offer and placed my order.
Lo and behold, a few days later I see that my account is pending with 250 SB, not the 13,250 SB I had expected and what the offer stated.
That was approximately 2 weeks ago and I've since been in discussion with their customer service team who "apologise for any confusion" and state that the offer was for up to 250 SB and reject my claim that the offer was for 250 SB per pound, despite me showing them evidence of my screenshot from their website.
So, do I have a case? Is £73 worth claiming for? I'm not getting anywhere with their customer services so this is my only option.
I appreciate your comments.
Thanks,
titchyowl

Can you post a link to the screenshot you have taken?
I'm a member of swagbucks but don't really use it very often but I'm pretty sure most offers are "up to" X sb, there are some with a fixed amount but most do tend to have the up to before it.
One of the reasons I rarely use it is that when you look into the detail of the offers it doesn't always work out as well as you'd think from the main advert. I usually end up going through topcashback instead which works out slightly better. I only stick with SB if there are no better offers around.0 -
As it's only a small amount they may just pay it instead of trying to defend and make you to sign a non disclosure document but when companies do that they usually close your account as well.
However they may defend it. Other cashback sites say that cashback is not guarenteed somewhere in their terms. Does SB say something simillar?0 -
I can't post an image or link to an image as I'm a new member of this forum. However, I have directly quoted the offer as shown on the screenshot in my original post. Can you post a link to the screenshot you have taken?

They could probably defend it as an error, as an account holder receiving back more than they spent would be an unrealistic expectation. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
