    Thanks again all!

I've rearranged the points now as suggested!

    CM,

"The Judges in Beavis made clear that the facts of each case/contract/interest/signs MUST be considered and the official Supreme Court tweeted, on the day of the decision, that their findings to that car park/those signs/those interests in that case."

Is the sentence incomplete? the Supreme Court tweeted that...?

But thanks very much for the edit!

Ive also removed "The whole estate is empty apart from two offices, with approx 150 spaces free at any time, because the rest of the estate (probably 10 units) are empty. In any case, the vehicle was parked not in the main car park but next to the office building where there are no lines indicating any restriction and it is not clear among the various office car parks, where the 'car park' boundaries might begin and end." as this doesn't apply to my case.

    :)

Will submit it in a sec! As per previous advice - will post it under "Others" as a word document.
I also have 2 photos to accompany it - one of the sign now showing the "Max time permitted", one of a sign showing the max time. Both unclear and can't be read (you can just make out the 'clock' icon) but was the best I could get! Haven't got a picture showing how high up the signs up, but hopefully the ones I've got will be sufficient.

Thank you everyone for your time and effort to help random strangers!! So greatly appreciated!! :)

Sorry, missed out or deleted the words 'related only'.

    Dear xxxxxx

Thank you for submitting your parking charge Appeal to POPLA.

An Appeal has been opened with the reference xxxxxxxxxxx.

UK Parking Control Ltd have told us they do not wish to contest the Appeal. This means that your Appeal is successful and you do not need to pay the parking charge.

    Yours sincerely

    POPLA Team

Cannot begin to say how grateful I am to all of you for your help, without which there certainly wouldn't have been this result! :)))
