The prize as described is available on the date of publication. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value shall be provided. 8. The winning entrant will win a seven-night holiday for two to Halkidiki, Greece. The prize package comprises:
· Return British Airways Euro Traveller flights from London Gatwick to Thessaloniki;
· Return mini-bus transfers between the airport and the hotel; and
· Seven nights accommodation in the Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort, Halkidiki, based on two people sharing a standard room on a bed and breakfast basis.
9. The prize must be taken as one package. The winner’s guest must be over the age of 21 years.
10. The prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and the airport, travel insurance, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
11. The prize is valid for travel between September 15 and October 15, 2016 and must be booked before June 30, 2016. The details of the winner and their guest details must be confirmed at the time of booking. Once confirmed the booking cannot be amended. The winner and their guest must travel together at all times.
12. The prize is subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
13. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of British Airways Holidays and the Promoter.
14. Entrants’ data will be used for the purpose of administration of this prize draw and in accordance with the permissions granted or withheld at the point of entry.
