The company is not based in the UK and therefore you will not have the protection of ABTA or ATOL which usually provide financial protection and can assist if you run into problems either before or during your holiday. As you are an admitted 'cautious traveller' it might be better to book with a UK based company that can give you that comfort.
Having said that, the website looks great and the company may well be excellent but I doubt many UK residents will have any experience of it at all0
