I have posted before that clydesdale seem to be messing about over PPI that needs claimed for my IVA. I keep have to do letters of authority and twice have had to go into a clydesdake branch to have my ID certified as they are stating they don't know me.
I am with payplan and they use creedo claims which I guess is another department of payplan, I feel that they are not doing anything apart from sending the LOA each time I send it to them but it doesn't seem like they are.
I have 12 months to go on my IVA. Could my IVA be affected by clydesdale dragging their knuckles? This has been going on since last June.

Last year a court case set the precedence that IVA completion certificates can be completed when ppi is still going on. It worked for me with Cleardebt who sent letters out early that year telling everyone of that fact. assuming clydesdale follow current updated legislation then you should not be affected. I also got £500 before my iva completed for the first ppi money they received, as promised. I did also have to signup and do my forms twice, once with a home call from the ppi guy with all the forms. Then it just goes quiet and you'll start getting copies of letters from ppi companies. Just hang on to those as they know to send copies to the iva people. PPi takes time...two years nearly for us, but it should no longer delay the final iva certificate if your companies upto scratch. talk to them about this using the cleardebt and others examples.0
