Rate Setter

Hi,

I am looking to get a loan from Rate Setter, the rates are all favourable and I like the fact I can pay it back early.

Just wondering if anyone has any experience of using Rate Setter, and if this is a trustworthy way of lending so long as I pay back it?

Will it have a negative impact on my credit rating, similar to a payday lender over a lending from a bank?

Does anyone know if that is correct?

Thanks

It's a peer to peer lender but no different to any other loan and certainly won't impact your credit file any more than say a mainstream lender. They credit check like everyone else but do give you a quote with your Apr using a soft search that isn't seen by lenders on your credit file. I think they are worth consideration.
