Morning. Ok spoken to court. All forms received. Attachement of earnings has been suspended for 16 days today i am filing my defence. I pray this hoes in my favour. As £250 is alot of money if i lose �� but if i dont try i will bever know.0

Hi ok i have a debt from 2004. Voluntery terminated 2007. No contact since. Then han 2016 a black mark on credit score and they have filed a judgement against me.
I have since sent a dispute asking for this to be set aside as statue barred and have a court date in august.
1. Do i pay as the debtors are sending letters saying the court has granted a judgemnt for me to pay from may 2016. Or do i wait to the court date as obs i want this to be thrown out hence my claim ?,
Help greatly appreciated
Also when i do go to court what do i say do or bring?0 -

Seeing as you're paying by attachment of earnings you don't need to do anything - the money will be taken or it won't.
Is the hearing in August for the set aside application?What will your verse be?

Yes so my hearing is on the 16th augudt. Regarding the set aside as debt statue barred. The judgement was granted back in march. It was a suspended attachment of earnings as long as i pay on 31st of every month starting 31st april.
It says i can object to the terms but I'm assuming this hearing in August before my judgement to be set aside all I need advice on is weather or not I pay on the 30th of April thank you0
