Tax credits help please

It's definitely paying £123 per week.... I've got the paperwork here..
Sorry another question.... When inputting the childcare costs do we put it down as variable as for months April- September it will be normal costs then September the 15 free hours kick in.
They can't pay less the NMW though which is £3.30 for apprenticeship.
She tells them what she's paying now then falls in September to report a reduction.0 -

Maybe something she should double check before starting?
I multiplied it by 52, divided by 12 = £533.10, That's what I input for the tax credits... Was I correct?
I'm not stupid I'm just suffering with the aftermath of a stroke and my brain is practically mushy so I really do appreciate all help...:)0 -

£3.30 x 38 hrs = £125.40 per week
x52 £6520.80 per year
/12 £543.40 per month
If the paperwork says £123 per week she is either working less than 38hrs or not being paid the correct minimum wage.0 -

Just double checked it's 37.5 hrs....definitely says £123 per week, she doesn't start until 9th April so she obviously needs to sort that out.0 -

One last question.... For the childcare costs would we work it out over the entire tax year or put a claim in for 4 days now (without free hours) then call and change it in September when she becomes eligible for the free 15hrs?0 -

I answered that above, she tells them what the costs are now and calls again in September to report the change in costs.0 -
