Prizes:

1. Prize for 2 adults includes: for 2 adults includes a one night stay in a 4* London Hotel, £100 (total) travel allowance, a cookery course of your choice at Waitrose Kings Cross – The Next Chapter and a Smorgasbord lunch at the Scandinavian Kitchen.
2. The prize offered is for 2 adults travelling together one of which must be over 18 years old. Both adults must be UK Residents. There is one prize to be won for 2 adults to travel.
3. All courses and dates are subject to availability.
4. All travel/packages- must be completed within the time-frame stated within the competition. Travel must be completed by 31/01/2017 excluding travel on or over Christmas, Easter and all bank holidays.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for hotels / packages / activities etc. being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, the Promoter will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative of equal standard.
6. Any amendments made by the prizewinner after the booking is confirmed will be subject to administration charges. Some amendments may not be possible.
7. Additional passengers may accompany prizewinners at the relevant rates provided by Protravel.
8. Transport between home and the destination is the responsibility of the prizewinner.
9. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, cannot be redeemed as cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
10. Bookings must be made through Protravel, P&MM Ltd, Avalon House, Breckland, Linford Wood, Milton Keynes, MK14 6LD (ABTA number: G0642)
11. Bookings must be made at least 4 weeks (28 days) in advance of travelling.
12. In the event of cancellation by the prizewinner the prizewinner or any other travellers will not be entitled to claim any refund or replacement prize.
13. Some activities are seasonal or may only operate on certain dates; in the event of activities not being available a suitable alternative will be offered.
14. Some hotel/resort facilities may incur a local charge.
15. Bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of Protravel’s suppliers, a copy of these is available upon request.
16. All other costs and expenses in taking up the prize not set out in the stated package description will be at the winner’s expense, these include but are not limited to transport to the location, meals, and drinks.
17. Should you wish to add additionals to your prize (i.e. extra nights, additional passengers) then you may do so at an extra cost Protravel will advise this cost prior to booking; Protravel will not enter into any discussions about cost comparison or rates sourced elsewhere. In the event of prize amendment or cancellation, any costs paid to us will be non-refundable.
18. Meals may have a specified maximum spend attached to them, winners will be notified of this prior to travel. It is the winner’s responsibility to advise Protravel of any circumstances that may prevent them from participating in any element of the prize, including but not limited to dietary requirements, medical conditions or personal circumstance.
