New Home Problem

Could I ask for some advice, I purchased a new house 4 months ago however some tiles have come off the roof and water is leaking through when it is raining. I called the company who I built the house from 2 weeks ago and they said they will get a roofer out to fix it. I have now had to makes at least 7/8 calls on various days as they promise they will get someone out the day to fix yet nothing has happened. I then found out the company that fitted the roof are denying that fitted the roof.
What are my rights and what should I do next, I'm very concerned as the forecast has rain and I don't want it to cause damage to the structure of the house

Just to be clear, is this a 'new home' in the sense you've just bought it, or in the sense that it's newly built?
Is there an NHBC warranty? Did the seller build the property?
If you're geting nowhere and are worried about rain, you could just pay someone to go up a ladder and re-fit a few tiles. How many are we talking about?0 -

This is either
* poor workmanship if it's a New Build (builder should fix)
* wear and tear if it's an older property (you should fix), or
* storm damage (insurer should fix)0
