Leaky toilet - geberit bottom bit removal?

Hi all,

I have a toilet that leaks from the cistern to the pan.

It has a geberit dual flush valve which I have managed to remove:


I plan to replace the seal on that as it has blistered all over.

But looking at the outlet pipe, it is limescaled up and could do with cleaning/replacing too, but i'm not sure how to remove this bit? (See below)


Any ideas?

Don't worry about the lime scale

Common problem on the geberit sealing rings. eBay sells 100% silicone items that are more durable . Don't expect geberit to sell you a replacement they still don't acknowledge there's a issue !!

Undo the big nut underneath the cistern if you really want to.
