Keeping track of multiple accounts

I currently have 9 accounts (a mix of current, ISA and internet based purely for DD feature), and to keep track of where the money was at anyone time was rather challenging without checking my phone apps constantly.

I've since decided that the best way to do this is with a flowchart to show all my standing orders, and it also means that I can do a little equation balancing to check that money in =money out etc around each account.

I found a free flowchart software online and now have a very neat diagram showing me where all my cash is at any one time. (The diagram will change in about 3 months as account numbers 10 and 11 are opened)

Am I rate tart? yes but at least I'm now organised instead of scribbling on the backs of envelopes.
