Hello!

We're planning on meeting up with family at Twinlakes Park, Melton Mowbray in the summer.

My family is two girls (one nearly 5 and one newborn) and we'll be meeting my sister with older girls (7 and 10).

1. Have you ever been? Would you recommend it for youngsters? The shortest (my eldest daughter) is around 107cm and seems to be over the minimum height requirements for most (all?) rides there. Any tips for the day?

2. Does anyone know of any deals? Price for kids and adults seems to be £14.99 when bought in advance online, but does anyone know of any deals?

Thaaaaanks!

Hi. I have annual passes. There are lots of things to do besides rides. There is the enormous indoor play area, it is the biggest I have ever seen. There are also several play grounds and outdoor activities such as the farm area.
The ride operators are very strict with the height limits and you get measured with a stick if you look small.

The prices are the same for adults/kids. They rarely have offers on but watch their facebook page as thats where they will be.

Dont know about discounts, but we went last summer as part of a stay and play deal (hotel and entry to various attractions in the area).

We really enjoyed Twin Lakes (DDs 14 & 8). Most rides are aimed at 2 people, so one adult may need to accompany a child if you are a party of 3 children (unless they are ok with sitting next to people they dont know, or riding alone)

Take towels and swimsuits too, as the waterpark is fun (if cold).
