Advice needed- furious with Next

To cut a long story short, I placed an order from the next sale to collect in store. I had an email today to say it had been delivered and then another to say it had been collected. I hadn't collected it so contacted next and they said someone had been given the parcels. Now the reason I'm furious is because the items are sold out but more so because the receipt has all my details on. I'm going to go into store tomorrow because there is no chance they've asked for ID as clearly explained to me over the phone. What are my rights in this circumstance? I'm sorry if this is the wrong board.

As they cannot supply you with the goods, all you are entitled to is a refund.mikefoster wrote: »To cut a long story short, I placed an order from the next sale to collect in store. The order slip won't have all your details. It may have your name and address, something which isn't difficult to obtain. It won't have any usable payment details.
You'll get a refund. Maybe a fiver voucher if you kick up a fuss...0
