Barclays Loan in 2005 and Radio Rentals 1999

I had a 12 month Barclays loan that I know didn't have PPI on it. But I read somewhere that insurance was incorporated into payments. Is it worth a look or claim?

I also bought a 75mhz PC in 1999 time from Radio Rentals for about £1200 on a monthly plan. I know that came with PPI but I think they have gone bust now. Any ideas on that or whether anyone has claimed?

The monthly payment would cover the loan, the interest and the PPI. That is logical. How else would it be paid for?

Pre-regulation and the seller no longer exists.

I believe it's actually still about. Surprisingly.:)

Radio Rentals merged with Grananda and became Boxclever. Now granted, there was some subsequent financial shennanigans that involved a that involved a German bank going pop, but the actual rental bit kept going and avoided administration, and was bought out by some private equity outfit. Or something very similar.

Not that it helps that much. 1999 is still 'pre regulation'.
