help, i think ive killed my phone !

i somehow ended up on a dodgy site and my Samsung galaxy a3 has totally crashed, cant even switch it off, screens totally frozen ?

Taken from the site


press and hold together:*Volume Up*+Home**+*Power button, until you see Samsung logo.

Release held keys when Recovery Mode appears on the screen.

Select "Reboot System Now" using*Volume buttons*to navigate andPower button*to confirm.

Be sure not to hit the wipe data/factory reset by accident!!!

ive taken my sim and memory card out, taking it into shop tomorrow

you cant take the battery out of an a3 hence me stating which model it was, thanks

incidently its working again now, thought id lost all my photos lol but its all good

Sorry, I just googled images of an A3 and it showed pictures of a phone with a removable battery, thats as far as I looked into it. Glad its working again, stay off the !!!!!! next time :A
