Help with photos please

Hello
I have some photos that were send via text to an HTC 626s phone.
There are 3 of them in the same message. When I email them only the first one is displayed. I want number 3. When I isolate and save picture 3 the phone tells me it has been saved. BUT it is not in the gallery. Could it be anywhere else?

/sdcard/Download ? Use a file explorer to have a hunt around (e.g. ES File Explorer).0
