Farrow and Ball prices

Hi,
Could someone let me know what the usual price for F&B paint is in their 2.5L matt emulsion tins?
Homebase seems to do it for ~£39
I'm not in rush to buy, just wanted to be sure if it's on a promo it actually is!
Otherwise, can anyone recommend some nice deep matt alternative for them? Their finish seems like nothing else and its something that will work well in our place.
Thanks!

A quick Google shows that price is nothing special.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0

I've not used Farrow and Ball but the paint seems to get mixed reviews. I have used Little Greene intelligent emulsion and eggshell though and it's very good paint and a great range of colours. A bit more expensive than F&B though.0

I can't even get trade discounts. I think it's £37 if you buy from Brewers, but the price certainly isn't inflated to be reduced by offers.
If you are able to appreciate the finish of the paint, you won't find the same elewhere. A lot of people are happy enough with colour matching, but I'm one of those that isn't. If it's a F&B colour that hits the spot, that's what I buy.
It goes on beautifully. Almost get away with one coat of emulsion.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
