I have heard that the old style driving license is not accepted in some places abroad (in particular Majorca). Does anybody know if it would be accepted in Majorca?
Thanks.

In Spain it's (officially) a photocard licence or the old style pink one, but not the old style green one. If you have the latter they like an IDP as well (cheaper than getting a photocard one).
A car rental company may well not care - or may have more stringent rules than the official ones.0
